• Account data: Email address and encrypted password when you register.
• User inputs: Property listing URLs and uploaded PDF documents you submit for analysis.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with the platform (pages visited, features used, analysis history).
• Communication data: Messages you send via the contact form or support channels.
• Newsletter subscriptions: Email address if you opt in to receive market intelligence updates.

2. How we use your data

Data is used for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the Realeasty analysis service
• Generating property analysis outputs based on your inputs
• Maintaining and improving platform functionality
• Sending service-related communications (account confirmation, updates)
• Sending market intelligence newsletters if you have opted in
• Detecting and preventing fraud or misuse of the platform

We do not sell your data. We do not distribute your data to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
