1. Scope of the service
Realeasty is a real estate analysis platform developed by Mulklick. It provides property analysis tools for informational and decision-support purposes. The platform is designed to help users evaluate real estate investment opportunities by transforming property data into structured insights.
Realeasty provides analysis tools to support decision-making. It does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.
2. User responsibilities
By using Realeasty, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data or documents you provide to the platform.
- You will use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform or its outputs.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You will not use the platform to provide unlicensed professional advice to third parties.
3. Acceptable use of the platform
The platform must not be used for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
- Using the platform to generate misleading or fraudulent property assessments
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or platform systems
- Using automated tools to extract data from the platform without authorisation
- Reselling or redistributing platform outputs without explicit written permission from Mulklick
4. Platform availability
Realeasty is provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary unavailability.
Mulklick reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice to users.
5. Limitation of liability
Realeasty outputs are designed to support decision-making. They are based on available data and defined analytical models. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Mulklick is not liable for financial decisions made based on platform outputs
- Mulklick does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any analysis
- Mulklick's total liability to any user shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months
- Mulklick is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on platform outputs without independent professional verification
Realeasty is a decision-support tool. All significant property investment decisions should be verified with qualified professional advisors.
6. Changes to these terms
Mulklick reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
